A young DJ seriously sick with meningitis fell and banged their head during an overwhelmed county in medical, an inquest heard.
Alex Theodossiadis, 25, from Hale, died after he had been taken up Leeds standard Infirmary then used in the town’s St James’s healthcare facility in January 2020.
His mum Professor Sue Theodossiadis told the inquest she feels he would have seen a ‘chance of lifetime’ if he’d not fallen .
She advised the inquest she got numerous concerns about how it happened to the woman boy, particularly concerning falls he’d at St James’s.
“He performed has a chance hence was actually removed because of the falls in terms of I’m involved,” Prof Theodossiadis informed the inquest in Wakefield, western Yorkshire.
